In the past… putting screens everywhere was a great idea.
The big question was what do you put on the screens, and how does it get there?
Most legacy signage systems require ‘local’ uploading to PCs from a disk or dongle. This means for example, if you want to put a special offer in your store in Croydon – you would need to have creative content made, loaded to a disk and sent to that specific location. Multiply this by 100 sites and it becomes logistically impossible to maximise the power of digital signage.

Our platform is cloud-based software, meaning it is accessible from anywhere with internet connectivity and has no local IT security issues. Clients access the CMS platform to manage their own templates, playlists, menus and site venues which are pre-loaded by DMP project managers. From that point, content can be deployed and changed in minutes to any screen or zone at any location, allowing instant communication. Playlists can include simple wording, pictures, tickers, animation, video, HD quality television and more.

Time-saving content management
Any video asset uploaded to the CMS will be automatically encoded into a format viewable on our DVB-T or IP systems. The video can then be tested and signed off right inside the CMS library tab, seconds after uploading.
Smart user roles
User roles make CMS highly secure. They prevent low-level staff distributing and signing off content. Creative’s are allowed to upload video and build signage but it requires a higher user role to sign off their work. Notes can be left to the designers, and changes can be updated quickly. Once a member of staff with an approver role likes the sign or video they can approve it, which allows it to be ready for distribution. This process is great for collaboration but also allows you to give access to external design agencies or advertisers without fear of any mistakes.
Manage your signage from Creator v2
Managing signs from Creator v2 is simple. You can see a preview of the sign at every stage through CMS, so even if you didn’t give your sign a good name you’ll know exactly what sign you’re managing. You can now schedule your signage to target specific customer demographics using Signlists. Signlists are extremely powerful, but so simple and quick to set up. Give your sign a cut-in time and date and watch it magically fade-in to target a new crowd. You even have control of specific days, so if you have a different crowd on a weekend make sure you use a signlist to target them efficiently.
Create channels with playlists
When you create a playlist in CMS you’re actually creating a TV channel. It can be distributed to TVs directly over existing COAX or IPTV systems without interference to local services such as Freeview in the UK.

See what’s planning when and where
With the store overview you can quickly get into a store’s framework and see what’s playing. By expanding further you can see specific zones inside a store. This lets you play different content in different departments. By assigning the same zone name across multiple stores we allow you to update every store in seconds using our zone filter tool.
Analytical services using reporting
Every time a file is shown in-store we log it and send it back up to CMS. This data helps you analysis your trends to cross reference any uplifts in sales. You can also use this data to bill advertisers. Clients can easily pay for their whole solution through selling targeted advertising space in CMS.
